Parker Trutec Essential Operations During Ohio’s “Stay at Home Order”
Parker Trutec continues to review and operate in accordance with Federal, State and Local guidelines
Ohio Governor DeWine’s “Stay at Home Order” has been and extended through 05/01/20.
Parker Trutec operates in the manufacturing sector as a “job shop” that is providing metal protection
services to various industries that could be classified as essential. Through open dialogue with the Ohio
Manufacturing Association, OEM’s, customers and legal counsel, Parker Trutec is able to
provide essential processing services.
Essential operations will be on a limited basis with reduced staffing levels, reduced processing
schedules and reduced volumes. If you are requesting Parker Trutec to process your parts, please
provide a signed letter stating the reason of essential services for consideration. This letter needs to
clearly state: Industry, OEM, applicable part number being requested and minimum requirements on
a 5-day production lead time schedule and 10-day production lead time schedule. Vendors,
contractors and customers will not be permitted in the facility. *Note – trucker drivers will only be
admitted upon check-in at applicable shipping/receiving areas.
It is the goal of PT to support our Associates and Customers while adhering to all Local, State and
Federal mandates. PT has been evaluating all work areas of the production plants, processing lines,
material handling and office to meet the necessary requirements to operate within the CDC
guidelines. This will likely lead to some inefficiencies as we begin to operate under these new
guidelines; however, we are making the required changes. Please contact your sales representative with any questions.
We appreciate your cooperation during this unprecedented time.
