Vibratory Polish (Barrel) is mainly used to treat the surface of ferrous material after heat treatment or surface treatment to meet required surface roughness specification or remove scale on surface area or deburr for creating a smoother surface. A vibratory motor creates an oscillation or rotary motion in the work bowl filled with polishing media (steel or ceramic) and parts. The parts are polished by friction between polishing media and parts.
