Parker Trutec offers air-blasting for plate metals that can make a phosphate / heat treatment finish better and cleaner by creating a better surface for bonding. This is achieved because the surface area of metal increases during the shot blast process (roughening). More surface area results in a more durable coating adhesion. Additional benefits include but aren’t limited to: removing rust, paint, burrs.
